Every plan includes QR code sharing, guest uploads, a private event gallery, and no-app access from any phone. Paid plans include longer access and additional features depending on the plan.

Free events include limited photo and video uploads. Starter events include up to 1,000 photos and videos. Plus events include unlimited uploads, subject to fair usage.

Free events are active for 24 hours after the event. Starter events allow uploads from 7 days before through 1 month after the event date. Plus events allow uploads from 7 days before through 3 months after the event date.

Starter events include 3 months of gallery access. Plus events include 12 months of gallery access. Free events are limited and designed for trying HiveMoments before upgrading.

Yes. Host moderation is available on supported plans so you can review and manage uploads before they appear in your event gallery.

Yes. You can start with a lower plan or a free event and upgrade anytime if you need more uploads, more time, or additional features.

No. Your guests never have to pay to join your event or upload their photos and videos. The host chooses the plan.

The digital guestbook allows guests to leave written and video messages in one private space alongside your event gallery. It is available on Plus events.

Plus events include unlimited photo and video uploads for normal event use. Unlimited uploads are subject to our Fair Usage Policy to ensure reliable performance for all users.
