HiveMoments may receive privacy-related requests from account holders, event participants, or other individuals whose information may be processed through the service. This page explains the public contact path for those requests.

3. Information to Include
To help HiveMoments understand and review your request, include enough information for your identity, account relationship, or event relationship to be identified reasonably.
- The email address associated with your account, event participation, or prior communication.
- The event link, gallery link, or account information relevant to the request, if known.
- A clear description of the request, including whether it relates to access, correction, deletion, or a general privacy question.
- Any context that helps explain your relationship to the information involved.
4. Verification
HiveMoments may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a privacy request. The purpose of verification is to help protect users, event participants, and account holders from unauthorized disclosure, deletion, or modification of information.
If a request is submitted on behalf of someone else, HiveMoments may ask for information showing authority to act for that person.
5. Response Timing
HiveMoments aims to review privacy requests as promptly as reasonably practical. The time required may vary depending on the complexity of the request, the information involved, the need for verification, and any legal or operational constraints that apply.
This page does not promise a fixed statutory deadline. Where applicable law requires a particular response process, HiveMoments will review the request accordingly.
