Last updated: March 20, 2026

This page explains how users and third parties can report content, accounts, links, or behavior on HiveMoments that may be unsafe, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise inconsistent with HiveMoments policies.

1. Overview

HiveMoments is a private event photo and media sharing service. If you believe content, account activity, or event behavior on HiveMoments may violate the law, the rights of another person, or HiveMoments policies, you may report it using the contact path on this page.

HiveMoments may review reports and take action where appropriate. This page provides a public reporting path only. It does not create a claim of automated or around-the-clock moderation workflows.

2. What to Report

  • Inappropriate, exploitative, abusive, or clearly unsafe content.
  • Harassment, threats, hateful conduct, or stalking behavior.
  • Impersonation, fake identities, or deceptive event activity.
  • Spam, scam content, phishing, or other fraudulent or misleading material.
  • Suspected violations of the HiveMoments Content Policy or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Content or account behavior that appears to create a significant privacy or safety concern.

3. What to Include in a Report

To help HiveMoments review a report efficiently, include enough information for the content, event, or account to be identified and for the concern to be understood clearly.

  • The event link, gallery link, upload link, or other URL connected to the concern.
  • The account email, display name, or event name involved, if known.
  • A concise description of what you are reporting and why you believe it is a problem.
  • Screenshots or other context that may help identify the issue.
  • Whether the issue appears urgent, ongoing, or related to a minor or exploitative content.

4. Urgent Safety and Minor-Related Concerns

If your report involves suspected exploitative content, sexualized or abusive content involving a minor, or another urgent safety concern, submit the report immediately using the contact path below.

HiveMoments may remove or restrict access to reported content, suspend relevant links or accounts, preserve relevant records, and escalate the matter where HiveMoments believes that is appropriate or legally required.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate public safety authority first. The reporting path on this page is not a substitute for emergency response.

5. What Happens After a Report

When HiveMoments receives a report, it may review the information provided, compare it to the material or account at issue, and request additional detail if needed. Depending on the situation, HiveMoments may take interim action while the issue is being assessed.

  • HiveMoments may remove content, restrict access, disable event links, or limit accounts where appropriate.
  • Not every report will result in a detailed follow-up or a visible enforcement action.
  • HiveMoments may limit what it can share about outcomes in order to protect privacy, safety, or legal obligations.
